Training at the Federal Competence Center

Continuous development is one of the most important principles of our company. We are implementing new technologies, striving for leadership in product quality and production efficiency in our field. Back in 2023, Baikal Minerals participated in the national Labor Productivity project from the Federal Competence Center. This step was very important for the development of production as a whole and for each employee individually.

FCC specialists helped to understand the business processes taking place in the company, analyze the functionality of each employee, and based on this, competently build a strategy to improve productivity and train staff.

The project allowed employees working in the field of production and production logistics to deepen their knowledge and broaden their professional horizons. They also had the opportunity to share their experiences with colleagues from other companies and discuss current problems and solutions in their industry. Finally, the successful completion of the training allowed them to receive certificates confirming their new level of competence.

A memorable event of the forum was the awarding of the most productive enterprises for outstanding performance in the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity". The Baikal Minerals company became the winner in the nomination "The leading company in reducing the time of the process". We are grateful for the high appreciation of our work and strive to at least remain at the same level of productivity!

One of the main values of the Baikal Minerals company is its employees and investments in their development. The management of the organization understands that continuous training of personnel, providing prospects for their improvement and updating knowledge will allow the company to be competitive and successful in the market. Therefore, the participation of employees in the Labor Productivity project was not only an opportunity for their development, but also a valuable investment in the future of Baikal Minerals.
